I've seen evidence of this personally when working with USCS for a long time. Every agent drove the car of their choice, including two RS Camaros driven by supervisors, all of which had been confiscated. The majority of their aircraft fleet consisted of confiscated airplanes and former military aircraft. And of course the arrogance among them was abundant!
